About Us

The Loyal Paws is a small, family-owned online store. We opened our doors in early 2026 with one goal: to make it easier for dog owners to find quality products, at fair prices, without wading through endless options on giant marketplaces.

Originally from Ukraine and now proudly rooted in Kansas, we built this store around the way we shop for our own dogs. Everything we carry is selected because it's practical, well-made, and something we'd actually give to our own pack — not because it looks flashy or has the biggest marketing budget behind it.

Meet the Pack

We currently share our home with three pugs: Neusha, Victor, and Manya. Each one has their own personality, their own opinions on treats, and their own strong feelings about walk routes. They test more products than they know.

Neusha has been with us the longest — we brought her home back in 2014, all the way from Ukraine. She's the reason our love of pugs started, and she still runs the household with the quiet confidence of a dog who knows she was here first.

We also want to acknowledge Hope, who we lost in April of 2025. She was part of what inspired this store, and much of the care that goes into what we do is because of the life we shared with her.

Anyone who has loved a dog knows: they aren't just pets. They're family. And when you pick something out for them — a bed, a crate, a treat, a leash — you want it to be right. That's the standard we try to hold ourselves to every time we add something new to the shop.

We started The Loyal Paws because we believe dogs deserve better than being an afterthought in a sea of generic pet products. Our dogs make our lives better every single day.
