The Loyal Paws reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
1. Order Processing & Cancellation
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Order Cancellation
• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Customized or print-on-demand items cannot be canceled after payment.
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
The Loyal Paws is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Customs inspections
• Carrier disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• International conflicts
• Strikes or logistical disruptions
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
3. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Item must be in resellable condition
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-Defective Returns (Buyer’s Remorse)
If you simply change your mind:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

• Missing components
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
• Clear photos or video showing the issue
• Order number
• Description of the problem
Once reviewed and approved:
• We will offer a replacement or refund.
• If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label for defective items.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages
If Tracking Shows “In Transit” or Delayed
If a package is significantly delayed beyond estimated delivery time:
• Contact us.
• We will investigate with the carrier.
• Refunds or replacements are handled case-by-case.
If Tracking Shows “Delivered”
If tracking indicates delivery but you did not receive the package:
1. Check with neighbors or household members.
2. Contact the carrier directly.
3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary.
The Loyal Paws is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, but we will assist in investigating the matter.
6. International Shipping Policy
We ship to select international destinations.
Please note:
• Delivery times may vary significantly.
• Customs clearance may cause delays.
• Certain countries may experience limited tracking availability.
• Some destinations may not qualify for refund or reshipment due to shipping restrictions.
If a package is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address
• Unclaimed package
• Refused delivery
Customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
If the package cannot be recovered, the customer assumes responsibility.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
• Contact us immediately.
• Corrections are not guaranteed once processing begins.
• If already shipped, the customer must contact the carrier directly.
If the package is returned to us:
• We can reship at the customer’s expense
• Or refund the product cost (excluding shipping)
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Customized or print-on-demand products
• Final sale items
• Digital products
• Items marked “non-returnable”
